Special trainings & experiences:

        Composite materials:
After I took my master degree at the University I continued to train myself especially on the field of fiber reinforced composite materials (types of commonly used and special fibers and resins, calculation methods, manufacturing). I gave some lectures in the Budapest University of Technology and Economics on this field (manufacturing and load calculations).
        Mechanisms:
During my jobs I learned much about mechanisms for different applications like aircraft control systems, landing gears, seat mechanisms, latches. I used always CATIA V5 for the kinematical models. As this contains only the basic joints I worked out solutions how to simulate more complex systems with springs or limited slots or other type of stoppers. Beyond creating the kinematical model I also made calculations for strength and operating efforts, investigated the frictions, the possible deformations and mistakes. I made tolerance investigations too. Due to this careful design by the prototype phase I was prepared for the possible issues and I had some proposals if a problem really emerged.
Technical drawings and tolerance systems (GD&T):
Technical drawings are the most important means for the engineering communications. I think that those are one of the most important documents of development process which costitute a kind of contract between the engineer and the manufacturer. A proper drawing according to the related standards with a logical tolerance system is a premise for the proper manufacturing. For this I took a training where I came to know the DIN ISO 1101:2 and DIN ISO 5459 standards. Since then I have been studying the related standards many times so that the drawings I created always logically and clearly contain the necessary requirements.

Motivations:

I am always very enthusiastic over learning new things and improving my knowledge. I am also inspired by using modern CAD, CAE systems or working with state of the art materials and technologies like the Composites. I am especially motivated when my job is not only making the 3D models and drawings for the required structure but also the calculations and investigations to verify the feasibility, functionality, or durability. I like using a wide range of my knowledge for an engineering work and I was surprised many times how easily I can use my experiences, which I picked up in a field of industry, for a solution in other fields. For example my knowledge of the aircraft landing gear and control systems made me very inventive in the field of car seat mechanisms. I like if I receive a certain amount of freedom and reliance from my leaders to realize my ideas. This always leads to a fruitful cooperation which results some individual solutions.
Also in team I can work effectively. I like learning from the others and I find it interesting how wonderful ideas can come true when a team puts together all the knowledge of the members. Whilst one man usually has some barriers in her/his mind due to the previous experiences the team members can extend the limit of imagination for each other and can invent really extraordinary things. As a team leader beyond the ordinary organizational and documentation work I find a big challenge in handling people, being a good friend of the members with preserving the role of the leader, inspiring the members with using their knowledge and let them feel the success of their own work instead of always forcing my intention. I think a good leader has to find the balance between controlling the members and giving them freedom in the engineering process.
